Food Elimination

During the first week of the 21-day program, we will focus on the elimination of specific foods. These foods are typically the main culprits in developing inflammation in our bodies, inflammation being a root cause of disease. You will receive the meal plan, recipe guide and shopping list for all three weeks.

Lifestyle Modifications

During week 2, we will continue with the food elimination started on week 1 and will now begin to implement foundational healthy habits. You will receive a guide that will cover healthy habits that enhance detoxification, improve sleep and reset your nervous system.

During week 3 we will begin to reintroduce certain foods, one at a time. It is important to continue utilizing the food diary during this time in order to help you determine any foods that may need to be eliminated for a longer period of time in order to feel your best.
